regenerative cell therapy
female sexual dysfunction
Men have access to a wide range of treatment options for erectile dysfunction, including widely available prescription medicine like Viagra and Cialis. Why shouldn’t women have the opportunity to receive similar treatments? Medical treatments for female sexual dysfunction and related concerns have not yet yielded an option that is similarly effective.
Regenerative tissue therapy injections are changing that with a safe, effective and natural option. Amniotic Allograft, a naturally-derived homeopathic treatment, is providing women with a way to improve their sex drive, enhance orgasms, improve vaginal and clitoral health, and find relief from urinary incontinence.
The Orgasm “O” Shot, is a non-surgical treatment which increases sexual arousal and rejuvenates the vagina. Patients report stronger and more frequent orgasms, increased natural lubrication and greater arousal after having the procedure. The O-shot is a procedure performed in our office using amniotic allograft injection received in the vaginal tissue. In response, your own stem cells are attracted to the injected area, and generate healthier and more functional tissue in the areas of sexual response in the vagina (G-Spot, O-Spot, Skene’s Glands, urethra, and vaginal wall).

The O-shot procedure is a non-surgical, minimally invasive option for women who are experiencing distressing symptoms of stress urinary incontinence, vaginal dryness and diminished sexual desire and responsiveness.
Benefits of the O-shot include:
Greater arousal from clitoral stimulation
The ability to have an orgasm from penetrative sex when previously unable
Younger and smoother skin of the vulva
Stronger and more frequent orgasms
Improvement in urinary incontinence
Decreased pain for those experiencing painful sex
Increased natural lubrication
Increased ability to have a vaginal orgasm
what to expect when
getting the o-shot
The O-shot procedure begins with preparation of the Amniotic Allograft. A topical anesthetic agent is applied prior to injection, resulting in little to no pain during the procedure. The PRP and/or Amniotic Allograft is then injected into the upper vagina and clitoris at specific injection sites, using a very small needle.
Many patients find that a single treatment session produces results. Results may be seen the first day, while others require a few weeks before they begin seeing a change. Results do vary on an individual basis due to each patient’s unique body and physiology, as well as their age and hormone levels. On the conservative end, results can begin to fade after about 9 months – but some patients see them last for years. Some patients do benefit from repeat treatments, and also choose to receive the shot again as results fade in the future.
Patients do not have downtime after the procedure but will need to take certain precautions to allow for proper healing to take place.
am I a candidate
for the o-shot
Female sexual dysfunction is an incredibly widespread yet under-researched condition. Research shows that less than 14% of women discuss sex with their doctors, and generally feel embarrassed to broach the subject. Many who have attempted to discuss a sexual issue are told that the problem is psychological, or they are given medication that doesn’t make a difference (often meant for anxiety).
If any of this sounds familiar, you are an excellent candidate for treatment. Any woman who has experienced urinary incontinence, pain during sex, decreased arousal, difficulty orgasming, or poor sexual self esteem owes it to herself to explore this option.
